2022
In April 2020, following Covid, Indian schools closed and he found himself out of work.
After a few months of discussions, he was persuaded by family to work in Switzerland in 2021.
One year later, in 2022, after 18 months of total closure, classes partially- resumed in India and Agnel decided to come to Pune to bring his project to life.
His stay in Switzerland, which he could have extended if he had wished, and his strong view reinstated by the culture in Switzerland - our society and the school system - only reinforced his conviction that a good education is essential to make advancements in the situation of girls and women in India.
Touched by his stubbornness and his sincere heart and deep desire to open this school, his family in Switzerland looked for what could be the best solution to help him implement his project and quickly the creation of an association became the first step.
This is how the association was born on October 6, 2022.
